Completely unhygienic and services not as advertised. Have never felt more uncomfortable. Was given disgusting dirty flip flops to wear, the hand dryer was greasy and the tools were not cleaned after using them. A child would have done a better job and now I will be out of pocket getting this sorted. Absolutely zero level of customer service.

I have very mixed feelings leaving this review as in the end I did leave the salon with makeup and my hair done. However, the make-up artist cancelled one day before. As I needed only simple make-up, I was offered a make-up by Zara who is not a makeup artistbut did a great job and I got many compliments for it. The hairdresser did not show up for my appointment and again Zara did my blow dry and did a fantastic job. My appointments did not go according to plan but the result was still good.

I had to wait a little longer than normal as was busy that day, but it was fine as im a regular and know it is well worth the wait. They offered me tea, coffee or water.
Very nice touch while customers are waiting. Excellent mani and pedi service !!! Anna is amazing, she is efficient, friendly, professional, clean, she is a fantastic nail technician. This is a great salon and all of the technicians are on point. Thank you Crystal Beauty Centre.
