30th of December I went to have a infill, which never got done because I decided to speak up for once as I’m not usually bothered as this woman is moany as hell and asked for my nails to be filed square as she does not listen and to my surprise this disgusting lady Anna wanted to scream and shout because she is a lazy rude b****, I’m pregnant so she’s actually lucky I couldn’t react. Her shellac peels off she can’t file to save her life and she’s rude would never recommend doing nails with her.

Can’t speak English or communicate properly. Coloured my hair awfully - I had to go and get it fixed the next day, left almost in tears. Super rough and painful, literally banged a hairdryer into my head.
