Ela was very knowledgeable and helpful, she took time to make sure I was happy with the cut as it was my first visit to Crowning Glory. Very pleased with cut and blow dry - would definitely recommend.

I was made to feel very welcome and felt at home in the salon.
So really listened to what I said about my hair and told me of treatments I was unaware of.
I appreciated the whole session but especially the hair cut which was just what I wanted.
I enjoyed my first visit and have booked my next appointment.

I normally love getting my haircut here as the stylists are great but unfortunately my last visit left my hair very thin and not to my usual style. My hair is naturally quite thin and flat and I didn’t realise during my haircut (as I wasn’t asked) but the stylist had used a tool to make my hair thinner. I’ve had to wear my hair up everyday since as i’m too embarrassed to have it down and i’m just praying it grows back as quickly as possible. I won’t be returning unfortunately.
