I paid for a restyle as I wanted something completely different and to get ideas from the stylist, who was Ela. My experience was awful. She told me she couldn't offer any ideas, complained about the time and generally was rude and I felt stupid and absolutely NOT how a customer should. She then passed me to Tarnia as she had 'other clients' Tarnia was brilliant as was the girl who washed my hair but I was already upset from my experience with Ela. worst experience ever and I won't be going back

They went above and beyond and saved my damaged and dried up hair! I appreciated the love and care they put in to my hair and it's since seen an immediate change in feeling moist and soft.

As always very pleased cut and blow dry atmosphere is always cheerful very clean and Ella is a great stylist I would always tell people to go to the saloon
