Clean and tidy salon and Ella done a great job at cutting my hair, however I’m not sure if I’d return as I found the vibe of the salon to be a bit off, I was not offered a drink and there was minimal conversation throughout my visit. Junior stylist Molly was asked to rough dry my hair and made weird comments about how blonde my hair is and rolled her eyes and huffed loudly whenever I spoke. Think some further training in customer service and how to talk to clients is much needed 😂

What a lovely salon and Molly was an absolute star. She took the time to ask what I’d like, highlighted what would be good for my hair and checked the amount I wanted to have cut off. Then she took the time to style it exactly as I wanted it. Couldn’t recommend more. Was really happy with the quality and look of the cut. Molly, you were marvellous!
