The salon should at least have give a call to client for consultation or come early (if needed), not expecting client to know what they're doing before coming in to avoid dissapontment.
Booked treatment specially for my birthday. Ela was lovely. Overall experience was 6.5/10 could have been 10/10 due I felt uneasy in the beginning. I was 5 min late and told I was super late, booked wrong treatment, & when we decided what to do I was kept told how long my hair was while she was doing it.

Really friendly atmosphere, Ela was really patient with cutting my son’s hair and Zoe was a great distraction for him, keeping him entertained
