The lady was rough with my hair. When washing it I felt some nails on my scalp also, I have naturally wavy and tangling hair but it is manageable, however, she was pulling it pretty hard during the treatment and with the brush and, which could have been avoided if the brushing started at the ends instead of roots.
The haircut was good but it's not what I asked for. I wanted a straight cut but only a layer on top, instead I got 2-3 layers.
However, the price was not bad, but not cheap either.

This was my first visit and Maria was super nice and I had a great time talking to her. The wax wasn’t painful at all. However quite a lot of hairs were missed. And it looks like I’ve got a half finished wax. Would definitely come back for a chat but not for a wax.
