Overall not too bad, poor customer service and not very clean chairs and floor. No place to put personal belongings like bag.

It was one of the most painless and quickest Hollywood wax I've ever had. Maria was great, very friendly and great at her job. I noticed there was few hair left when I got back home, but it was just the very short hair that the wax couldn't catch so I pulled them out with the tweezers, it only took me 5 mins. Will be back in August!
