First of all they do not say anywhere that you will be charged additionally for longer nails. So be prepared to pay £10 extra. I booked gel manicure and she started doing BIAB without even asking and I found out mid session. OK, cool. To rate the manicure itself, all nails are different length and shape, so straight that they kinda look up a little, told her not to file as much as it hurts, seems like she did not get it.All staff are nice, salon looks great but the service I booked was awful
