My appt was for wash, cut and blow dry. I had asked for layers to be cut back in. I didn’t get the layers cut in. I have curly hair so usually have it dried with waves at the end. My hair wax still damp at the scalp and blow dry had no waves or curls once dried. I had to ask for it to be curled but didn’t want straighteners.
I understand English is not the first language for all the staff. Perhaps having a card with translation of words or services wld be beneficial. I like the salon.

I had a fantastic experience! The ambiance was warm and inviting! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring I was comfortable throughout my treatment. I opted for a haircut and tinting, manicure, pedicure and a facial, all of which exceeded my expectations. The facial was rejuvenating and left my skin glowing. 🥰☀️

Booked on line prior to a family wedding that was not in my home town. Checked the website for pictures and reviews and all came up as fabulous.
My hair was styled to accommodate my fascinator
And was curled, and hair back combed for volume and depth. I was unsure of what style I needed, however it was carefully talked about at start of my consultation/ appointment and I felt taken care of from start to finish.
I was handed a lovely cup of early grey with a chocolate bar to enjoy! Thanks
