Greeted with coffee and biscuits. Cloe was very reassuring as I've never had highlights or lowlights before, and as a Senior citizen wanted to uplift my appearance without going OTT. Overall experience care and knowledge was brilliant, all the staff are very pleasant. . Would definitely recommend.
