I arrived promptly for my appointment but waited 30 minutes before someone shampooed my hair! I was allocated Mel to cut and blow my hair but ended up with the owner (I think) who was so lovely and made a great job of my cut so thank you. Would I go back? - yes of course but hopefully I wont have such a long wait next time.
