I was extremely disappointed by my treatment. I had acrylic nails done which took almost 3hrs. The therapist was quite complacent, chatting to other customers but not really focusing on the job in hand. I was left with thick, wonky acrylic nails. Three of the nails broke in a 2 week period and one lifted from the base. To top it all off, when I had them removed (at a different salon), three of the nails were green underneath. I will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone

As always, had the best experience at B~Brown, the ladies are nothing but professional and make your time enjoyable. Felt very safe with everything Covid related, cleanliness is amazing and everyone is following procedures, therapists & clients xxx
