The good: Really great booking experience on phone, super pre-appointment COVID safety measures and warm welcome upon arrival The not so good: Wax felt rushed and as a result, wax was left on my bikini area and the finished job was uneven. Worried, I called the salon who said that because I held my own underwear (I was told to) it was down to me that it was uneven. When I said I was concerned about wax remaining on the skin, I was told it was normal (I've never experienced this before).
