I called to say I would be 5-10 mins late for a gel manicure. They said they couldn’t accommodate that, cancelled the appointment and fully charged me for it. They were rude over the phone, they did not offer the time to at least shape my nails or offer a voucher to go another time. To add to this previous times I have been there they were rude, I will certainly not be going again. If you are looking for good service I recommend finding somewhere else to get your nails done!
