I have been visiting B Brown for a great many years but the service has become a lot worse recently and I won't be going back. There are not enough therapists so if they have problems it results in cancellation and the opportunity to book again is several days ahead. I'm now going to Haven Spa and nails which has a much more welcoming and relaxing atmosphere
