Unfortunately I nearly tripped and fell over from a loose floor tile which didn't get things off to a great start, followed by a lukewarm welcome from my technician who didn't look very happy to see me. She did get more friendly, and was really helpful choosing colours. I think as I was towards the end of the day everyone wanted to go home, so it wasn't a very relaxing or welcome experience.
