The salon is well located for Covent Garden and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However the treatment room is small and the noise from the hair salon is overwhelming. To my knowledge there was no aromatherapy- it was a massage.

Sam was really nice, shellac treatment did not work the way it should have, just because the nail polish was quite old so didn't adhere properly, so she offered to give me a new one for the same price. Shout out to her professionalism! Thanks :)

The facial was very well done and the massage also. I would have liked a drink of some sort-water or tea, and consider it normal to be offered one. Also, the noise from the salon spoilt the atmosphere somewhat. I had to listen to loud conversation and music throughout the whole thing, which couldn't be hidden by the classical music in the massage area. The space was also rather cramped.
