The treatments were well done, and the beautician was very accomplished and pleasant. The place was very clean -- the only drawback was the fact that it's not in a soothing, relaxing environment, too noisy and busy. But if all you want is an excellent, efficient pedicure and a good eyebrow threading, as versus a 'spa' experience, this is the place.

I would have give a higher rating but my skin has been left red & raw in areas. It seems like a layer of skin has been pulled off and 2 days later its still sore. Ive been visiting this salon for a while now via treatwell & this hasnt happened before so I'm hoping this is just a one off.

Firstly, my appointment was pushed back with just 20 mins prior notification, by text. Which is extremely inconvenient for what should have been a lunch time appointment. The therapist seem pleasant enough, however when I request oval, I end up having a combination of oval on some fingers and square on others. She also managed to snipe me, twice, after I've reminded her not to go too deep,as I was feeling the pain already. Didn't offer disinfectant, and I had to ask. My cuticles end up looking pretty ragged. Fair enough they were pretty rough to start with, but you'd expect them to end up being a little tidier after having a manicure, not the opposite. No hand cream or lotion offered at the end. The whole thing was Very basic, and frankly quite rough, I wouldn't go back.
