The new salon is lovely, the therapist was nice and seemed to take a lot of care. In the ‘mood lighting’ in the salon, my nails looked good. However under bright lights, the finish wasn’t good - on many nails the varnish had shrunk back, leaving blank patches and a bad finish at the tips. There were gaps where the top coat hadn’t covered all the colour. I’m really disappointed; I don’t like posting bad reviews without contacting the company, but I can’t find any contact details.
