She was really welcoming and did everything great :)
My only constructive feedback is that I noticed a few tiny hairs later on my upper back (nearer to the neck/shoulder gap) that were maybe missed by the waxing. To be fair I missed them too initially, so maybe in future the staff could do a more thorough final of the customer more carefully before finishing up, I think she maybe would have done but was asked by another staff member to cover an extra appointment so maybe she felt rushed
