For a £90 mani pedi would expect a real selection of colours (what's available appears to be the "last resorts" after all the good ones have been used), and basic things like nail dryers. The room was freezing and in order to get out within 2 hours asked them to find a hair dryer to help dry the nails instead. The technician was good and tried to be helpful but the infrastructure is not really here for a proper experience. Perhaps other services are their go-to's but it's clearly not nails
