Went here once before but had a different waxer. This hurt 10x what a wax normally does with the waxer having to go back over areas again and again. They claimed that some of the hair was too short to remove but in 5 years of waxing I've never had this issue with the same amount of time between waxes. She didn't get everything but after 45mins enough was enough and I said it was fine.
