How to bring the various systems of the body together and what constitutes our individual balance point? Carried through Sara’s early training in ballet, these questions underpin her approach to holistic massage. Additional training in shiatsu allows her to bring an energetic dimension to her treatments, offering alternative techniques as required by each client’s specific needs. Sara uses a gentle touch during her treatments. This gentle approach allows her to work at the interface of the physical and emotional bodies, focusing on the body’s alignment as well as holistic states of balance and relaxation.
