This place is OK for a one-off, cheap and cheerful visit, but I’ve found after a couple of return trips for gel/removal my natural nails are breaking off, including right in the middle which obviously becomes very painful and unsightly, and impossible to fix. I imagine it’s a combination of the industrial power tools used to remove old polish, and that I’ve been left with my nails soaking in acetone for about 45 minutes at busy times. I didn’t think booking made any difference as you’re rushed through regardless, but when I didn’t book I was sat down and they started to remove my polish so I couldn’t escape, then I was stuck there for nearly 2 hours overall while they did other people’s full sets of acrylics etc with me waiting. The staff are for the most part lovely, but I think they’ve been told they aren’t allowed to let anyone leave, regardless of how busy they are.

There was absolutely nothing ‘luxury’ about my manicure. My nails were done by a technician constantly checking his phone with his betting slip/playing a game. I was asked to wash my hands and scolded my hand with the water (mixed tap!). Once I got outside of the salon, I checked over my nails (& burnt hand) and noticed a bad job. I returned but I asked the technician to wash his hands after his cigarette and he didn’t understand, after another staff member explained, so used a bit of hand san.

Booked a pedicure and was told on the spot it wasn’t available. Unfortunately my time was wasted, and they weren’t very professional.
