Karen was so lovely, very welcoming and spoke me through what thw treatment entails. She was determined to tailor the treatment for my needs, and continued to reassure me, answering all my questions and concerns (6 months pregnant). Karen was very informative but over all had such a warm and kind ora. highly recommend.
