First massage since restrictions lifted and also first visit to Karen at Copper Woman. Immediately felt at ease with clear instructions about masks and covid precautions beforehand and a really lovely welcome on arrival. Karen took great care to find out about my aches and pains from working at home all day in front of a screen and found tension points and knots I wasn’t aware of. An excellent massage and her experience shines through. Highly recommended.

Karen could not have been more have been more kind and helpful. She took time to listen and explain everything really well and I found her treatment made a huge difference to the jaw pain I’d been having. As also gave me great tips for how I can do some pressure point treatments myself if needed in future.
