Definitely would not recommend having a Brazilian here. The lady didn't really speak any English and didn't seem to know what a Brazilian meant. She used strip wax which I purposely didn't pick as my option because it is more painful. The wax was indeed painful and felt rushed and clumsy. The worst part was that the strip was left in the wrong place (down low), effectively leaving hair where I didn't want it and removing the hair where I would normally keep the strip (at the top).

I’m very happy with the extreme up treatment. My hair feels super soft, it’s shiny and since my hair has extremely easy to manage. This is my fourth visit to the salon and I’m satisfied with the service.

The hairdressers are very kind, but please make sure the client is aware of extra cost before agreeing to it. I went for 35£ wash&cut, and ended up adding 85£ on the top of that for treatment& blow-dry. When paying upfront I trust whatever is done is already included, so I agree to all questions - the price MUST be mentioned clearly, especially if I pay almost 4 times more than originally intended. Otherwise lovely place with great vibes, I came second time around (first time it didn't happen).
