I book a hair wash & blow dry which is 35 pound on the website and it clearly states it's for long hair. They wanted to charge me 48 pound at the salon and saying the 35 was only for short hair. Despite that, service was horrible as well, the lady didn't adjust the temperature of the water whilst washing my hair, almost burnt my scalp whilst drying and communications were super poor. I would 100% avoid.

Lady robbed me for my money and did not perform treatment as she didn’t have time don’t go here.
