Never again! I booked a shellac paint for hands and feet, showed my reservation upon arrival and discussed the colour I wanted. However, once my hands were done, the manager of the shop kicked me out, claiming other customers were waiting. It seems if you book through Treatwell, you're considered less of a priority. Moreover, she made me pay an extra £5 before leaving! If you're looking for good service, there's a brand new nail salon nearby where I got my nails done in 15min
