I was a little sceptical at first because I believe it is a new business, or at least I haven't noticed the store front before! However, when I went in it was absolutely spotless. Laila listened very precisely to what I wanted done and altered what I had paid for through treatwell, to suit my request without further charge. She was incredibly warm and friendly and I would absolutely recommend booking with her. On top of everything else, she is unbelievably affordable!

The service quality was ok, but I was charged extra for a service I didn't book (eyelash tinting). I booked eyebrow only, but when I arrived I was told that I booked and paid for both. At the end of the treatment had to pay £8 extra for the eyelashes.
