My appointment was pre booked. However when I arrived the lady did not have a record of the booking. Unfortunately the treatments felt rushed due to lack of staff. The positives are that Laila is a very kind and attentive beautician. However her time was divided and rushed, the treatments therefore suffered. I did pay for an eyebrow wax but got threading instead, I did not get refunded the difference.
