They operate a booking system, but don’t pay any attention to it. You wait for an indeterminate length of time and the treatment is done in bits and pieces between other clients. The tools don’t appear clean and the inside of the uv lamp was very dirty. The prices are not at all as advertised. £40 for gel and removal which is advertised as £20 on Treatwell. The quality of the manicure was fine, but for £40 I would expect more. Music was very annoying and added to overall bad vibe
