I was waiting for 40mins even though I had appt booked, so mentioned this to the staff who then seemed to rush everything, so it was not a very nice experience. It was busy and overbooked, they need to sort out their systems. Staff are not friendly

I did not have an appointment with the lady that I booked with, it was a man, that coughed over me the whole time- luckily the appointment was rushed! Everyone in there was being rushed and left mid treatment, one lady had her pedicure water topped up as was left so long it was cold. FYI- Price listed on Treatwell for a pedicure is +£10 for gel in store.
