This salon is beautiful and well equipped. The lady owner is lovely and so sweet. She tried her best to offer a good experience. However, the facial was a little disappointing for me, hence the rating. I felt as if it consisted of more back, neck, shoulder and head massages rather than focusing on the face. Also, there was no face steam or extractions, which is what I look for in a facial. Finally, there were a few odd things. Firstly, the lady stayed in the room while you undressed and redressed, which made me feel uncomfortable. Secondly, the opening massage was a little odd because she massage around and in between my breasts. She said this was to clear the chakras but I have never experienced this before when booking a facial. Strange! Overall, However, this salon is nice and may try another treatment in the near future. Personally, I may stay away from the facials though.
