I went in for a hair cut towards end of the day at my selected time. At first the owner was telling me she was too tired and wanted to leave, then the other lady who works there said she would cut my hair for me. It was a very quick wash, cut and blow dry, literally like 25mins. Overall, I was happy with the hair cut, but would have liked a bit more time and effort spent on it.

Honestly, the customer service is probably the best I’ve ever received. They were beyond polite and so sweet. Had my roots done, my hair naturally was brown/black and the colour below it was a much lighter shade, she aimed to try match the lighter brown colour and honestly she matched it perfectly, but it wasn’t dark enough to cover the white hair I had BUT they went out there way and redid my roots again in a darker shade. Ideally i think it covered the white hairs, maybe a few missed but it’s not obvious but I guess only you notice those things. The wash was really nice, the hair cut they did exactly what I asked which was just a trim and avoid cutting my length, was a shame the layers were not as obvious round the back of my hair, but my hair was feathered decently round the front so it wasn’t all that bad. The blow dry was nice left my hair looking funky. I’d definitely go back again.

I came there cos I saw good reviews but really I don't have clue who is giving 4,5 stars!!!! I booked full head highlights but it was only few....wasn't from the roots but around 3cm from my head the other think I could see line, pervert line with the new colours...lady with 20years experience should do perfect job ...that was like from practicant which did highlights first time...in the end only the colour was ok

It was my first visit here, and I opted for a change of hair colour and cut. Staff were friendly and professional. My hair is medium length and fine, so requires skill to make it look nice. The haircut and colour is fabulous! I am so pleased I took a chance on having a change, she has made me look so much better! I will be returning there. Thankyou ❤️
