I used to love coming to this place but it has really gone down hill recently. Every time I try and book they say they cannot accommodate me with no reason. I also received a call from them at 6am to cancel an appointment which was over a week away!

I have to give the hairdresser a 5 bec she really transformed my hair. I have thick long hair that gets puffed up and knoted. I wanted layers and had been in other 2 places before yet the hair just fell flat and did not arrange as I needed it to. She explained what types of layers I need for my hair type and the hair lost weight without losing length and it arranges amazingly. The entire cut and wash took half an hour tops. Super impressed!

I appreciate the effort but that's about as far as it went I'm afraid. If you're providing a service in an English speaking area then it's really troublesome if you can't communicate with your customer. The lady I had did not understand what I was saying, asked me about 10 times over about the length, and had to go and get the other woman to understand that I was asking for a mirror. The cut itself, I've never had my hair cut like that before and it was pretty rough, as well as the blow-dry
