A really nice ombré, very helpful when I wanted it slightly lighter. They didn’t say no, they were very kind to spend extra time to lighten my ends slightly. The only difficult was speaking as the hairdresser didn’t speak too much English, this didn’t affect my hair but I felt I couldn’t speak to her. The experience as a whole was good and my hair is amazing.
