Met by friendly member of staff and taken into a warm room dimmed lighting with soft music playing. Just the kind of relaxed atmosphere to enhance the treatment. Warm towels placed over me and a very calm and relaxing facial - almost fell asleep. Face felt soft and moisturised afterwards. Would recommend it and will go again.

Easy to find small salon in central location within Toni & Guy. Pleasant treatment by knowledgeable staff. No problems and would recommend to a friend to visit in the future.
