I had a classic facial at Conetta. The therapist Sharon was very friendly and made me feel at ease. The treatment was relaxing and invigorating at the same time. Sharon gave me some advice about my skin type and hydration. I hadn't realised that the treatment included some neck and shoulder massage which was an added bonus. Sharon encouraged me to lie still for a while after the facial was finished and take my time so I didn't feel any pressure to leave.

I went to Concetta for a nail file and polish. The beautician was very friendly and helpful. She advised me on different colours of nail polish to choose and she also gave me tips about looking after my nails. I am very pleased with the colour she recommended which matched my dress for a special occasion, and three days later, the nails still look great!
