If the staff had acknowledged me as soon as I entered the shop the visit would have felt totally different. As it was she continued her conversation while doing another customer's nails for at least ten minutes before acknowledging my presence in the Shop. A "hello, be with you soon, help yourself to a magazine" would have been really good. Basic but welcoming. Luckily the treatment room, the massage and facial, as well as the eyebrow touch up were great.
