My sister & I,were both booked in for wash, restyle & blow-dry, with the same Hairdresser. Each appointment was for approximately 45 minutes. It was our 1st visit to this Salon.It was a "spur of the moment",appointment for us both. Neither of us had previously visited a Salon within this Location.Thus, we arrived in Ashton & walked around to locate the Salons here. We found 4 Hairdressing Salons within yards of each other. The 1st one we decided wasn't for us due to various factors. 2nd one did not have any appointments available until 5 days later even though there was no clients to be seen when we entered. The 3rd one had a price list displayed in their windows which we felt was inflated compared to what we expected. So this Hair Salon was our 4th Salon with Price List Displayed. We made our bookings here. On arrival our Stylist took our coats,invited us to sit on a extremely lovely & comfortable leather couch while she took our coats to hang them up securely in an enclosed coat closet. Returned to us immediately & offered us a tea or coffee. Asked her colleague whom was the Nails Technician to please would she mind making the brews. Then promptly began my sister's booking. The Shampoo & conditioners used were excellent quality as were the towels.The water was "spot on" temperate. Stylist was absolutely the best I have ever made a booking with for a very long time. My sister raved about her,also. The hair consultation before the cutting began was unrushed & she listened carefully to what was being asked by the clients, then asked intuitive questions so both the client & herself were absolutely clear what was requested & required. Then carried out the cutting of hair precisely & efficiently. Followed by the correct brush used during the blow-dry for the style & texture & length of hair. The finished re-style on both my sister's hair & mine was everything we had pictured & hoped for yet improved upon by our Stylists expertise & clear dedicated enjoyment in her chosen profession. In addition, the price was as displayed on the visible price lists with no variation or "extras" added on due to conditioner use for example, as I have so often experienced at many previous hair bookings. The Calm & Quiet atmosphere within this Salon was so refreshing. I will Definitely Recommend giving it a try. This is my Regular & only Salon I will be using from here on in. My sister is adamant on that also,even though she will have to travel 5 miles from where she lives on public transport to book in.

The salon did not know about my booking and there was no manicure specialist on sure that could take my appointment. I had made to booking during my lunch time at work so could not go elsewhere. I had booked to have my nails done in preparation for my holiday which was the next day. I am therefore very disappointed with the process

i came for a hair cut and got so much more. the staff were lovely.

Arrived to find the salon closed, despite me receiving a text reminder for my appointment a few hours before. Total waste of time. Won't be booking again.
