The worst and most stressful experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon (and believe me, I have been to quite a lot of them in a few different countries). Disrespectful staff. Never again.

Have been here a few times before and have always been impressed. Went for a pamper session on my 21st and sadly the experience wasn't so great. Paid for the 'intensive' both mani and pedi and am not too sure that it was much different from the express (if it is, it's not worth the difference in price) Not just one but two of my preferred colours were then not available. The saddest part of the experience was that one of the members of staff wasn't very friendly. If I do go back, I'd hope the experience is a lot more enjoyable.
