The nails were not done thoroughly, too quickly, the manicurist was late for the 3rd or 4th time, one client's nails were done by two people, and the pedicure was done by people who were just learning, each nail was filed differently.

They took me late. I paid for gel nails and they gave me acrilyc instead, which is not good for me. Got a few cuts and got asked to pay extra at the end. I wanted a design of nails and they criticized the style that I like. What matters is the client experience and this was pretty messy : wrong technique, late and not satisfactory.
