The lady that dealt with me was very rough and kept dragging my hands like a doll. I also told her the nails were a lot thicker than I usually get them and her response was ‘well you’ve got big fingers’. Wasn’t really impressed with that as I usually am very happy with my service and I’ve never disliked my nails. This time however I was very disappointed and don’t think I’ll return again which is unfortunate as I usually go every 3 weeks

One of the nails isnt painted properly - I didnt notice until after I'd left. Also didnt get to choose my own colour. I said something pinky/nude and they just picked a baby pink biab - didnt ask if thats what I wanted or offer a colour on top.
