VERY poor customer service. A 1 hour wait despite booked appointment. I arrived and they didn’t seem to be aware of my appointment at first. Another staff member came to say they were but are running 30 mins behind. 45 minutes later I was still left sitting there with no one having come over to give me an update or apologise. And there are still being 4 customers and 3 hairdressers in the salon. I was told it would be another 15 minutes (I believe longer) so decided to leave at that point where one staff member apologised and said I can reschedule which I did not opt for. I will definitely not be returning. I can’t speak for the hairdressing ... but the reasonable price is definitely reflected in their very poor customer service.

Had the most painful hair wash and the haircut was really disappointing - not what I wanted despite showing a picture (of my own hair!) as reference. Busy day as well, felt like my stylist was trying to finish my cut as quick as possible to move onto the next person. Sadly very disappointed with my experience.
