Not great! What you pay is definitely what you get. Kerry is really friendly but the others seem a bit cold - just not overly welcoming. This is just a vibe I got, nothing in particular was said. The shop is basic but clean. My hair massage whilst getting my hair washed was lovely! There was a huge language barrier when trying to decide what colour I should get! This didn't fill me with confidence. Rightly so, the colour was a bit unnatural despite my key request for it to be very natural. Lastly, the colour bled at my roots! Fuming! I came home and noticed that I look like I have horrific roots already. I won't be going back :(

Would recommend. Great value for money and the haircut was really good. My stylist was Nadia who was very sweet, listened to what I wanted and checked with me throughout the cut that everything was ok (I'm a nervous customer with long hair that most stylist cut far too short!). The venue isn't the most glamourous but the staff were friendly, attentive and for the price, couldn't find fault!

I was sat in a chair but then due to the stylist being late with prior client I was moved back to the waiting area. This was a little embarrassing for me. I felt as though I had done something wrong. It was well made up for and an apology for lateness was given.

It was fine, but the staff seemed rushed and not very attentive. Good value (with my voucher) but I don't think I'll be coming back..
