I usually have quite low expectations when it comes to hair cuts as my hair is relatively fine and flat and despite a lot of blow drying it never get the shape and volume I desire, but somehow Georgina did it and its now been 3 weeks since my cut and I'm still getting compliments! I had dip dye hair before I went in but after years of self-colouring it had gone quite brassy. Georgina toned this down and made this look so much more natural. She also put a much-needed treatment on it which made it so soft and healthy depsite being quite dry and split pre-appointment. Really pleased with the results and will definitely be revisiting.

I was really pleased with my haircut, and Joe really listened carefully to how I'd like my haircut, and I was pleased with the blow-dry, which was really professionally and creatively done. I would definitely recommend this salon.

Second time I've been here as the service was very good the first time, but this time it was very very busy and took a while to get done which was fine. Sadly thought I think I missed out on the keratine treatment as the first time they did it was told it was being done, didn't want to make a fuss as it was very busy. The cut and blow dry was great as usual. It's now my go to place.

I was quickly greeted, offered a drink and a seat. Whilst my smiley hairdresser was running behind, she was quick to acknowledge me and inform me of the potential delay. I was offered another drink and magazines. As as a result, another hairdresser started to apply my colour and then my real hairdresser joined in to help complete the task quickly. I was then put under the heater to help speed up the dying process and offered yet another drink. The colour was perfect! My hair was washed, cut and beautifully blow dried. The hairdresser was smiley and bubbly, yet some how relaxed and as a result had everything finished on time. The bill was settled quickly and there was no pressure sales on products (which I find there often is). Great service and value! A very happy customer.
