Very happy with the result however it was over 40 minutes before anyone started on my hair and they forgot to give me my keratin treatment.

I was left waiting for 30 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. I was nearly 4 hours there, which caused me to be late for my dinner with friends. End result colour wise I am happy with however the blow dry could of been better.

I arrived early and wasn't greeted with even so much as a smile. I was told to go away and come back because I was too early.
When I came back an Italian girl sat me down and asked what I wanted. I told her that I wanted my already highlighted hair made lighter and my roots doing, but that I wanted it to look quite natural and not fake and even showed her a picture of what I wanted.
She told me that she needed to put a reddish colour and something else on it to stop it going green. I let her get to work on my hair, trusting that she knew what she was doing. I started to read a magazine and when I looked up my hair looked incredibly dark. I said this to her and she stopped and looked shocked at me. She panicked and ran to talk to her manager. After 5 minutes the manager came over and explained that she had misunderstood me but that hopefully it wouldn't look quite as dark when it was washed out.
When washing my hair, she managed to soak my chest by spraying me with the hose.
When the colour was washed it and my hair dried, it looked a dark colour with orange tints, and my forehead has been stained with the hair dye.
I am absolutely furious. I started to cry in the hairdressers because my hair was ruined! It not only is the opposite of what I wanted, but it looked horrendous!! I've never had such a bad experience in a hair salon before, and the manager was so rude!
Luckily there was a woman working next to me who said she would help me. She sat down next to me, introduced herself as Soniqua, calmed me down and did her best to fix my hair. She was polite and helpful and even though I hate the colour of my hair, as I know resemble Ginger Spice, she was the only saving grace of the whole experience.
Hair is a big part of a person's confidence and mine has been ruined.
I will never be going back there.

Second time back to this salon and I'll definitely go again! Great service at a value price, and both times I've left with fabulous hair. Very happy.

The hairdresser was lovely and I liked that she really listened to me. She respected that I like my quiet time whilst having my hair done. The scalp massage was so good I fell asleep.
The only negative was my tea was served in a dirty cup!
