Great head massage, lovely hairdresser (Nadia), gave me good advice about layers and I loved the final product (despite the blow dry being a bit painful at times - worth it!). Great products too, ended up buying one on my way out.

I waited about 20 minutes after my appointment time before they sat me down to discuss what colour I wanted etc, although she did apologise for the wait. It took a little while for the hairdresser to understand what I was asking for in terms of colour, she didn't really seem too sure herself in advising on colours. The highlights were applied well and although I concerned that using just one colour would make it streaky looking the result was fine. Toner was included as part of my service but the hairdresser didn't think it was required- am not sure if this was the case or not! A different lady from the one who highlighted my hair did the cut and blow dry. I only needed a trim but probably would have liked her to take off a bit off my layers to which she didn't do. The blow dry was good not the best but a good standard. The price was great for highlights and a cut. Not sure if i would go back again or not.
